These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RemedionAI website, applications, software, platform, and related services ("Service").
By accessing or using RemedionAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service.
RemedionAI is an artificial intelligence-powered remedy-suggestion and educational support platform designed to assist practitioners and users in exploring homoeopathic materia medica information, symptom analysis, and related references.
The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies, including large language model (LLM)-based systems, which generate outputs based on user inputs, available information, and statistical patterns. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may vary.
RemedionAI provides AI-assisted suggestions and information as a supportive reference tool.
The Service does not replace professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or prescription decisions.
RemedionAI is not a medical service provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, healthcare advice, or prescriptions.
RemedionAI functions only as a remedy-suggestion and information-support tool.
The final responsibility for:
remains solely with the qualified practitioner or healthcare professional using the Service.
RemedionAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or suitability of any suggested remedy or information generated by the system.
RemedionAI, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be responsible or liable for any worsening of a patient's condition, adverse outcome, lack of improvement, treatment decision, or consequence arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions or information provided through the platform.
AI-generated information must always be reviewed using appropriate professional judgment before any action is taken.
RemedionAI is not designed for medical emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

If you use RemedionAI for personal educational purposes, you acknowledge that the platform does not provide medical advice or personal treatment recommendations.

RemedionAI may suspend or terminate accounts that remain inactive for more than two years. Accounts with an active paid subscription period will not be terminated for inactivity during that period.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Plans described as one-time purchases do not renew automatically. If a plan is expressly described as recurring, you authorise RemedionAI and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method at each billing interval until you cancel. You may cancel before the next billing date through the cancellation option in your account (where available) or by writing to contact@remedionai.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Subscription pricing, plans, features, availability, and duration may be modified from time to time.
The specific terms applicable to a particular subscription, including its duration, price, billing method, and renewal characteristics, will be displayed to the user before purchase.
Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, purchasing a subscription does not create an entitlement to any other promotional, discounted, or special pricing.
RemedionAI may provide a special Student Offer for eligible students of Homoeopathy.
The Student Offer is intended to provide eligible students with access to selected RemedionAI plans at special student pricing.
The Student Offer is separate from RemedionAI's regular plans and other promotional or campaign pricing.
The Student Offer currently provides:
Student Offer plans are provided on a one-month-at-a-time basis.
The applicable price, duration, and plan details will be displayed before payment.
Student verification is mandatory for participation in the Student Offer.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and genuine information and documentation.
RemedionAI may verify the information and documentation submitted to establish Student Offer eligibility. Verification may be carried out through automated checks. Acceptance of your registration or purchase is not a final determination of eligibility. RemedionAI may review your information and documents at any time, before or after registration or purchase, and may request additional information.
Registration or submission of documents does not guarantee acceptance where the information or documentation provided is incomplete, invalid, inconsistent, misleading, or otherwise insufficient to establish eligibility.
"Eligible student" means a person who is currently enrolled in a course of study in Homoeopathy at a recognised institution, including undergraduate (BHMS), internship, and postgraduate students.
If you complete or leave your course after registering, you remain eligible until the end of your Student Offer eligibility period under Section 8.5, subject to these Terms.
You must provide a valid, current student ID card.
The mobile number submitted during Student Offer registration is used as the permanent Student Offer eligibility and anti-abuse key.
A mobile number that has previously been used for a Student Offer registration will not become eligible again merely because the associated RemedionAI user account is deleted.
Creating, deleting, or recreating RemedionAI accounts does not reset Student Offer eligibility associated with a previously registered mobile number.
To enforce this rule, RemedionAI retains a record of the mobile number used for Student Offer registration, and the fact of that registration, after account deletion for as long as necessary to prevent abuse, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Student ID number is not required to be globally unique and is not the primary uniqueness key for Student Offer eligibility.
Student Offer eligibility is available for up to twelve (12) months from the date of Student Offer registration, subject to these Terms.
The twelve-month eligibility period determines the period during which an eligible student may make a new purchase at Student Offer pricing.
Once the Student Offer eligibility period has expired, no new purchase using Student Offer pricing will be permitted.
Expiry of Student Offer eligibility does not shorten, cancel, or otherwise invalidate a Student Offer subscription month that was validly purchased while the user was eligible.
A purchased Student Offer month remains valid for its applicable subscription period, subject to the normal terms governing the Service.
Student Offer plans are purchased one month at a time.
Each Student Offer purchase is a one-time payment for the applicable subscription period.
Student Offer plans do not automatically renew.
No automatic recurring charge will be made for a subsequent Student Offer month.
A new Student Offer month requires a new eligible purchase.
Eligibility for a Student Offer plan may depend on the user's current effective RemedionAI entitlement.
The following transition rules apply:
For purposes of these Terms:
"Replace" means that the newly purchased Student entitlement starts from the applicable new purchase or access start time rather than inheriting the previous entitlement's expiry. Any unused period of the replaced entitlement is forfeited and is not refunded, credited, or carried forward. Where a purchase would replace an active entitlement, RemedionAI will show a notice before payment.
"Extend" means that the newly purchased Student month is added after the end of the applicable existing entitlement period.
Each purchase creates its own subscription record. A previous subscription record is not overwritten or converted into a new Student subscription.
Student Offer eligibility is personal to the eligible student and the registered mobile number.
You must not:
RemedionAI may refuse or restrict Student Offer registration or purchase, and may suspend or revoke previously granted Student Offer eligibility and any related entitlement, where it reasonably determines that the Offer is being obtained or used through fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, circumvention, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the affected Student Offer period.
Student ID cards submitted for verification must comply with the file-format, size, and other upload requirements displayed by RemedionAI at the time of registration.
You confirm that you have the right to provide the submitted student ID card and related information to RemedionAI for verification.
Student ID cards and related registration information are used for purposes including Student Offer verification, eligibility management, security, and administration.
Access to submitted student ID card files is restricted to authorized access required for the operation, verification, security, administration, or legal obligations of the Service.
Student ID card files are retained only for as long as necessary for verification, eligibility management, security, administration, and legal obligations, and are then deleted.
Further information regarding the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal information is provided in the RemedionAI Privacy Policy.
Subscription fees paid to RemedionAI are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will generally not be provided for unused subscription periods.
Nothing in this section limits any rights provided under applicable law.
Student Offer purchases are also subject to this Refund Policy unless RemedionAI expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
RemedionAI may offer referral programs, promotional offers, or rewards.
Such programs:
Fraudulent or abusive use may result in the removal of rewards or account restrictions.
Student Offer pricing is a separate student-specific offer and cannot be combined with other promotional or campaign pricing unless RemedionAI expressly states otherwise.
Users may provide symptom descriptions, patient-related information, queries, feedback, and other inputs while using RemedionAI.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to provide such information.
Practitioners using RemedionAI must ensure that patient information entered into the platform is collected, processed, and used lawfully, including obtaining necessary patient consents where applicable.
Enter only the patient information necessary for your query. Avoid entering names, contact details, government ID numbers, or other direct identifiers unless essential, and de-identify information where possible.
RemedionAI may process submitted information as necessary to:
RemedionAI may use aggregated or pseudonymized information for system improvement where appropriate.
Such processing will be performed in accordance with the RemedionAI Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Data Backup Responsibility: RemedionAI employs industry-standard measures to safeguard platform data; however, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of user-provided information, patient data, or history. Users are solely responsible for maintaining independent, regular backups of all data, case records, and content entered into the Service.
Your privacy is important to us.
Your use of RemedionAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, processed, stored, and protected.
The Privacy Policy also applies to information submitted in connection with Student Offer registration and verification.
All software, technology, designs, logos, branding, content, and materials related to RemedionAI are owned by or licensed to RemedionAI.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any part of the Service without written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users as improvements to RemedionAI may be used by RemedionAI without restriction, compensation, or obligation.
RemedionAI may use third-party services, including:
RemedionAI is not responsible for the availability, failures, or policies of third-party services.
RemedionAI aims to provide continuous access to the Service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may be modified, suspended, or unavailable at any time due to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RemedionAI shall not be liable for:
The total liability of RemedionAI for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to RemedionAI during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation of liability shall not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
RemedionAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or permanently discontinue the Service at its discretion, including due to business, operational, technical, legal, financial, or other reasons.
If RemedionAI permanently discontinues the Service, it will make reasonable efforts to notify affected subscribers and will refund the unused portion of any paid subscription period on a pro-rata basis.
RemedionAI may update these Terms from time to time.
For significant changes that materially affect user rights or obligations, RemedionAI may provide notice by email, on the website, or through other reasonable communication methods at least thirty (30) days before such changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means acceptance of the revised Terms.

Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month of receipt.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to first raise the matter with the Grievance Officer and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. Subject to that, the courts at Mangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and RemedionAI regarding the Service.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment: RemedionAI may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign them without written consent.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify RemedionAI against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or the data you submit.
Force Majeure: RemedionAI is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Notices: RemedionAI may give notices by email, on the website, or in the app.

RemedionAI ("RemedionAI," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered practice management and remedy-analysis platform for homoeopathic practitioners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy uses two terms throughout: Doctor — the practitioner who creates a RemedionAI account and uses the platform — and Patient — an individual whose clinical and contact information a Doctor enters into RemedionAI. Patients do not create their own RemedionAI accounts.
Doctor account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash) if you register directly; or name, email address, and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Patient records: name, age, gender, phone number, email address, presenting symptoms, and clinical/treatment notes, entered by the Doctor. All of these fields are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored.
Appointment data: date, time, duration, appointment type, and any internal scheduling notes. Appointment notes are encrypted at rest and are never sent to Google Calendar.
Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Razorpay and, for UPI/GPay transactions, directly between the Doctor and their payment app. RemedionAI does not receive or store full card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account credentials.
Mobile number and Student Offer information: if you claim a free trial or register for the Student Offer, we collect your mobile number. For the Student Offer we also collect your student ID number and an image of your student ID card. We use these to verify eligibility, manage and limit use of the offer, and protect against misuse. Student ID card images are stored in access-restricted storage and can be retrieved only by you and by authorized RemedionAI administrators when needed for verification, security, administration, or legal obligations.
Technical and usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, pages accessed) for security monitoring and diagnosing issues.
If you connect a Google Account, we request only the following:
openid, email, profile) — to create and authenticate your Doctor account using your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, or Contacts.calendar.events, optional) — to create, update, and delete events on your own Google Calendar corresponding to appointments you schedule in RemedionAI. We request the narrower "events" scope, not full Calendar access.A synced Calendar event includes the patient's name, appointment type, and date/time. Clinical notes, symptoms, and treatment details are never included.
If you separately turn on "Send patients a Google Calendar invitation" (off by default), the patient's email address is shared with Google as an event attendee so Google can send them a calendar invite directly. This is optional and can be turned off at any time; it does not affect events already created.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with any party other than Google itself. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Appointments tab.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we apply industry-standard safeguards throughout.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share data only with the service providers needed to run RemedionAI: Google (for Sign in with Google and, if connected, Calendar sync), Razorpay (to process subscription payments), our transactional email provider (to deliver password-reset, receipt, and appointment-reminder emails), and law enforcement or regulators where required by applicable law.
Student ID card images and Student Offer details are not shared with any third party other than our hosting infrastructure and where required by law.
We retain account and patient data for as long as a Doctor's account remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. A Doctor may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
Student ID card images are kept only as long as needed for verification, eligibility management, security, administration, and legal obligations, and are then deleted. To prevent repeated use of the Student Offer, we keep a record of the mobile number used for Student Offer registration, and the fact of that registration, even after an account is deleted. This record is used only for that purpose.
RemedionAI is intended for use by licensed practitioners, not by children. Patient records may include minors' information where a Doctor is treating a minor patient; responsibility for any required parental or guardian consent for that treatment relationship rests with the treating Doctor. RemedionAI accounts, including Student Offer registration, are for adults aged 18 or over.
RemedionAI is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. RemedionAI Private Limited is incorporated in India, and data is primarily processed and stored in accordance with Indian law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this modal.
